Release is fully stable.

• Added toggle functions for throwing items.
• Added Permissions nodes including AdminDrop.dd which allows for the holder of this permission to always stop drops on death.

• Cleaned Code

• Improved command block

• Fixed handling of reloads

While death drops toggle registers in the list and status checks, throwing items does not as of yet.

Also, throwing items also does not warn on status resetting from a reload.

These will both be changed in a future release.
