Rewrote most of the plugin.

Added saving options to allow toggles to stay the same with reloads as well as restarts and reconnects

Added some custom text options

Added more toggles for notifications

Removed list all command

permissions were unchanged aside from list being removed

/ad altcommands became /ad alt

Confirmed working with minecraft 1.8/1.10/1.11
