I know your post is a few weeks old now so you may have already found this out, but if not then installing Vault will get rid of that error.
I was getting the same problem with AdminCmd and PEX everytime somebody joined, couldn't use the welcome messages or anything because of it. Then I installed Vault for another plugin which required it and it's also solved my AdminCmd problem.

@6aman
Yes, we will release it soon.
@Parciz
It seems that your PermissionsEx version does not include a method which we are using. I will look at it.
Hello AdminCMD team. I always use ACMD on my private bukkit server, but i recently started using PermissionsEX, and it seems as if i cant use both ACMD and PEX, i get all sorts of errors when someone logs in. I have tried all versions of AdminCMD with PEX 1.7.2, and nothing resolved it. I would love to hear from anyone with a solution.

I like this plugin. Will update 1.7.x?
@ValeraSTK
Just check if you get errors when using sqlite.
@JeterLP
yes, details are correct, in fact 80% of time connection to sql works fine, but sometimes, when player login to the server, admincmd failed to connect, with errors like this.
How can I test connection with sqlite?
Announcement:
UUID support is now finished and can be tested from people who know what they do. If you want to test it, grab the source code from the Github repo and build it with Maven.
You should convert your database to a sqlite database, copy the db file and convert it back to your old format to have a backup of your data.
I don't provide any guarantee on bugs or stuff like that, but if you find a bug, please open a ticket on our bugtracker.
@ValeraSTK
Are you sure that your MySQL details in the config are correct? If they are, test the connection with sqlite.
Hi! Very often I have error with sql database connection on player join.

I use last available dev build from admincmd web-site with spigot 1.7.5.
Thank you.
@JeffMeikle
No, we are nit finished yet.
is UUID supported yet?
@Postremus1
Well, we actually dont plan to upload snapshots too.
Hey, Does a maven repository exists somewhere for that plugin? Edit: I found the maven repo, but could you guys please upload snapshot versions, too? http://www.gestdown.info:8888/nexus/content/repositories/bukkit-plugin-release/
Thx! Mistake was in commands.yml I ve fixed it )
@elving1
Send me your commands.yml file
@JeterLP
How can I fix this

@ValeraSTK
give a player admincmd.spec.notprequest to enable direct teleport for this player.
@JeterLP
No. I mean, request system is "off" by default, if I give "admincmd.tp.toggle.allow " permission to players. But I want to make it enabled by default.
@ValeraSTK
Do you mean disable teleport requests?
@JeterLP
Thank you for fix!
I have question - is it possible, to make "/tptoggle" node "on" by default. for each player?
