Hello, friends.
Donation buttons are now part of the Curse Client v3.0.0.5, which is great news for authors (including myself).
As it stands, users need to update the addon in the client in order to see the new donation links, but once that's there, they're quite visible.
Screenshot of the client:
Because the paypal button in the example uses the "Paypal" (non-hosted button) type, it shows up as OneBag3 (from WowAce.com) when clicked on WowAce, OneBag3 (from Curse.com) when clicked on Curse, and OneBag3 (from CurseClient) when clicked from inside the Curse Client. This should allow you to know where your donations are coming from without just guessing.
Am I giving straightforwardly to the creator, or to the site which will deal with exchanging the assets. Like when I need to give to Xinhuan I do, however catch not accessible would the assets land in his PayPal account or would they wind up in a Curse record which Best Research Paper Writing Service would be in charge of exchanging it to the creator. I think about what I'm attempting to state is the means by which direct and how straightforward is this.
Am I donating directly to the author, or to the/a site which would/will take care of transferring the funds? Like when I want to donate to Xinhuan (I do, but button not available!) would the funds arrive in his PayPal account or would they end up in a Curse account which would be responsible for transferring it to the author? I guess what I'm trying to say is how direct and how transparent is this? :-)
Xinhuan is right.
./sign xinhuan
OneBag3 >_> Obvious favouritishm <_<
EDIT I kid , I kid :D
You should make it such that F5 refreshing from the server the list of addons updates the donate info, without requiring the user to "reinstall all", to get the donation info.
