Hey. Wanted to know if there is a posibility to look into the code Ne0nx3r0. Since I need for a plugin I write that under certain circumstances the food does not restore and "feed". And I would like to look how you solved it
Sorry to bother again, but how easy (or not) would it be to add in saturation for each food as well as the hunger value, so you can adjust both? Would be very helpful since even if you lower a food's value, or raise it, the saturation stays the same.
The potato_item listed in the config file is the raw potato, but the baked potato is not listed. I wasn't looking to change the baked potato, but if someone was, it's not there, at least not that I can see. Just a heads up.
In any case, thanks for this plug-in. I find it very simple, light weight, and easy to use.
To be honest, between school, work and my existing projects I don't know if I'd have the time to support it; also that's a separate issue than the listeners/etc. on this plugin address.
Question, can/does this support data values? It would add a lot of customization with the new item renamer plugins coming out, for example, my server has 3 kinds of mushroom soup, 282(normal), 282:5(vegetable soup crafted with carrots/potatos) and 282:6(mystery meat soup) It would be great to be able to give each one different heal amounts.
Are there any similar plugins out there that do this exact same thing for 1.9-1.10? Please PM me if so!
That's so cool! May i share this to "www.mcbbc.com"? I can't thank you more if you allowed me to do that!
You can update this plugin with the new foods of the 1.7.2?
@Ne0nx3r0
Thank you, thats the best feature about this plugin!

Just a request if it isn't too complicated.
Thanks!
@Twilight314
Thanks I'll see about getting that in the next update; if a new item is ever added you can always just manually add the value to the file, the values are here:

You can use BAKED_POTATO, that should work.

@Q2Lummox
I might be able to implement this, presuming this action fires the interact event.
Is possible that the players can eat food even if their hunger bar is full?.
I'm not sure exactly what isn't maintained about this one... It does its job, and doesn't normally require updates.
@Ne0nx3r0
Could I have the source code? I was thinking of making a plugin like this and I would keep it active.
Any plans for permissions support? Just a simple node to grant the food modifications would be fine, with default food behavior otherwise.
Excellent, thanks for the plugin. Works perfectly.
@Ne0nx3r0
Ok I understand. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I am curious if you ever thought about adding control of crop growth speed and drop amounts?
Currently, I use the plugin "LessFood aka Dropcontrol", but support is lacking. http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/lessfood/
This would be a nice addition to your plug-in.

@thVinn
I've added the new foods to v0.2: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/foodcontrol/files/4-v0-2/
Also yes you could add them yourself, however sometimes the names are a little weird (carrot_item, for example)
Hi, Is there a chance that you will update this plugin to 1.4.2? Or could I just add new food by myself?
