This library makes it possible to play animations on players, blocks and mobs!
Things that weren't possible before are now!
animationlib.debug.*
Gives access to all the debug commands.
animationlib.debug.playeranimation
Allows one to perform the "/playeranimation" command.
animationlib.debug.blockanimation
Allows one to perform the "/blockanimation" command.
/animation
Displays info about the other possible commands.
/playeranimation help
Displays all possible player animation types.
/playeranimation <animationtype> <player>
Applies the given animation type to the given player. (Note: the animation type is not case sensitive)
/blockanimation help
Displays all possible block animation types.
/blockanimation <animationtype> <damage>
There is only 1 blockanimation, block_break, which will make a block appear to be broken. The damage value needs to be between 0 and 9

I would seriously recommend you putting up a tutorial video and posting it here!
because if a server Dev. or Owner doesn't see one, he will be confused someway or the other
Updated version 2.0, this version provides support for Minecraft 1.7. This version also includes a command framework (used to debug but can also be used as a "feature") The permission for these commands is: animationlib.debug.<command name>.
If this plugin is what i think it is.. Why isn't it really popular?
Have i stumbled across gold?!
Imma put it on my server later today and test it. If it is flawless and shows no de-synchronization between client and server i will promote this fully on my server.
EDIT: My lack of education about 'libs' caused me to get prematurely excited thinking this was a player animation plugin that i could use with what i thought was commands above. I was wrong. Apologies.

Thank you.
@TiffanyValenti
1: Thanks :p 2: It simply plays animations. 3: Take a look at the github and read the readme file and the source. I'll make some jdocs later.

@Conkerballs
