Update needed?
If you are searching for a new version, just trigger me via an PM. Most of the time I just didn't noticed that a new minecraft version was released.
hi there is there any chance of a update for spigot 1.8.3?
Hi eruvanos. I decided to just "release" that aforementioned 1.8 on the minecraft forum page. Kabo has been offline for such a long time now so I don't think he'll mind.
However, in the SMP/ folder I did include the (modified) version of your bukkit plugin to go alongside that 1.8 version. The soure is available as a -src.zip file so you can just check out the changes I made to your plugin (coming from that old 0.31b version). I did for example include a "Compression" option that seems to significantly reduce the packetsize. But I'm not entirely sure if the entire network stream for the minecraft client <-> server is compressed nowadays. Haven't kept up to date *that* much since the move to netty.

Unofficial 1_7_10 Mod and new Plugin
Hey, I was able to develop a new 1.7.10 version of the mod and updated the plugin for Bukkit to 1.7.10.
Have fun....
Send me a PN if you have Bugs :)
@eruvanos
Heh, thanks for the reply. I indeed updated the mod "myself". As well as the clientmod. That was already done before I posted that message. But seeing as it's not Open Source (the clientmod) I didn't release it into the wild.
@GuntherDW
Yes you are right.
I have updated the repository link, so you are able to checkout the new versions. Furthermore there will be a new plugin version in a few days.
And I working on the mod itself.
Hmm, I downloaded the code from the "repository" page to try and make a 1.8 version, seeing as your license was "GPL". However, now, after that I've actually done all that it seems that only an old version with non-multiworld environment was on the svn server.
Of course i only notice that AFTER I ported it all and added multi-world support to that old version that you basically have done the same thing (but update the SVN). The version in the trunk/ folder is 0.31b.
EDIT: Yes kabo's version is still 1.7.2, correct (with an unofficial 1.7.10), but that doesn't mean that this shouldn't be updated yet.
Hello, I didn't forget this project. I was not able to contact the Mod Developer, I will try to find a way to develop it by myself. It's new to me....can't promise anything.
@eruvanos
Alright, thanks eruvanos. Appreciate the effort :)
@asacavanagh
Yes, it is build for 1.7.2.
I would like to update the plugin, but the Village Marker Mod is not up to date.
I will contact the developer to update the mod itself.
@greenguava
You have to use the comand like: /vm t /vm on /vm off
just /vm is not enought. If you have still the problem, please contact me again.
PS. Of cause, you have to mod your client, to see the graphics.
I have looked through all the instructions, and am I missing something.
I have the bukkit version installed on my server, I do not need to mod my client as well do I?
I am still having the problem of it only showing me the [on:off:t] when I type /vm
Thanks and look forward to getting this going.
Thought I'd be that person that points out it's not working on 1.7.9 (v0.39).
Probably because it's built for 1.7.2..

@eruvanos
I am having the same problem. is it something i am doing? or not doing?
Thanks
@Frick1
We will fix it, i wrote you a pn.
I installed this plugin on my server and I'm having some problems. When I do /vm on all it says is: vm <on:off:t>. I am op on the server, and I did test it out in singleplayer and it works. Pls help
@BZFlag
Sorry, the Mod Developer KarboPC have to implement this feature. But I do not think, that he will support multiverse worlds. Sorry.
Edit: Ok, I have an idea :) I will try it, just wait a short time, please ^^
@eruvanos: 0.38 downloaded and installed just fine. you might want to remove the "Will be available soon" message. Thanx for the plugin!
I'm having the same issue as @Vellusian in that VM works fine in my Multiverse primary world, but not in the other worlds.
Any chance you could look into that?
Is there any support for Multiverse worlds? This appears to be working in my default world, but not my superflat one.
@CodeWolf
Thanks, the permission ist "permission". I will fix this.
