Vast Tracks 'o Mountain
About
Vast Tracks 'o Mountain is a cool new world generator that generates giant mountainous terrain. It features every ore, trees, water, lava caves and lot's of other cool things. I think that this can be best explained through pictures:
Usage
Use it like any other world generator. The name of the plugin is VastTrackOMountain. You can use it with your favourite multiworld plugin, or it can replace the main world. To use it with multiverse, the command is:
/mv create <world name> NORMAL -g VastTrackOMountain
To use it without a multiworld plugin, add this to your bukkit.yml. Note that you will need to delete your world before starting the server again:
worlds: <world name>: generator: VastTrackOMountain
It is still a bit buggy, but It's pretty cool. If you find a bug, make a ticket
Thanks to some awesome people
I would like to give a big thank you to @codename_b, @nightgunner5, @notch, and @heldplayer for the use of their block populators (for those of you who don't know, populators are what creates the trees, ores, etc...)
Source code
Happy gaming!
Warning: The name of the plugin is VastTrackOMountain, not VastTracksOMountain. Sorry about that, It will be fixed in the next update.
@jtjj222
I can't find anything, ill search my log and see if i can find anything. My log looks like it got half corrupt from our last power crash, so ill try to get the error again.
@Adondriel
I mean what it says before that. In the console, can you send me the stack trace? That way, I can be sure that it is caused by my plugin, and if so, I can find the offending line of code.
@jtjj222
When we get that error, it just says the player disconnects due to end of stream
@jtjj222
You should make it take advantage of the 256 world height, have some hills really high, some super low.

This is a link to the ridiculous chests, the dungeons are spawning on top of each other aswell.
@jtjj222
I dont think i got one, it wasn't server sided, i did get one when i entered first, let me find it. The chests have an excessive amount of diamond in them... like 62 diamond ore in one chest
@Adondriel
I am terribly sorry. Can you pastebin the entire stack trace so that I can be sure that it is from my plugin, and get an idea of how to fix it?
For some reason, no idea why, me and my other user got disconnected with "internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad compressed data format"
@jtjj222
lol
@Adondriel
I jsut checked, the name is VastTrackOMountain, sorry :D
@jtjj222
/mv create Hills NORMAL -g VastTracksOMountain
Works to make the world, it just doesnt find VastTracksOMountain as a valid generator...
@Adondriel
hmm, If you figure out the command, tell me so I can update the page. I'll tinker with it later.
@jtjj222
Same error, you would have to use: /mv create Hills NORMAL -g VastTracksOMountain
From what i know at least, but when i do that, it just generates a default world
@Adondriel
Try /mv create NORMAL Hills -g VastTracksOMountain
Ok that just looks really buggy, here, http://i.imgur.com/cqU3Y.png
Here is the image of the error
@jtjj222
yes, exactly
@Adondriel
So you tried the command /mv create Hills -g VastTracksOMountain NORMAL, and it gives you "that is not a valid environment?
@jtjj222
"That is not a valid environment"
@Adondriel
What error does multiverse give? Also, the command you wrote there isn't the one I have listed. I wrote /mv create <world name> -g VastTracksOMountain NORMAL
I use: /mvcreate Hills normal -g VastTracksOMountain But it doesnt work? The command you have listed for MV doesnt work.
