Vanilla
Vanilla - Config options to hide plugins from the plugin list and disable the version and plugin list commands
Features:
- Block use of /pl and /plugins (The plugin list command)
- Block use of /ver and /version (The version command)
- Hide plugins from the plugin list
- /vanilla command
- Full multilanguage support
With this plugin, you can fake a vanilla server by hiding the plugin list & version commands. You can also instead of doing that, hide specific plugins. For example if I want to hide MCBans & HawkEye, griefers would think the server cannot rollback changes and more importantly, they think they cannot get globally banned. Hiding the plugin from the plugin list makes it disappear completely. Even though it doesn't show, it will still function fully. Notice that Vanilla itself will not automatically be hidden unless you hide it from the plugins list. The console will still be able to use the commands & plugins will not be hidden from it.
Does this work with 1.8.9?
For the record, this still works with 1.6.2
Hello, does this work with 1.4.7?

Think i will get one of my friends to do a plugin like this one.
@EnergyCraft

Use that to block specific commands :)
could you make this able to block the /? command, people keep using it on my server -_-
@Xerati
In bukkit.yml:
settings:
query-plugins: false
instead of true
You really should put more description and/or examples in this. I'm rlly newby and i can't figure this out! I'm like completely clueless!!!! :S
@Flenix1
\plugins\Essentials\config.yml
Disabled Commands:
- whois
will this plugin be updated for 1.2.5 or are you holding off until mcAPI?
I recently found out that this does NOT hide the plugins from server query :( Any chance we could get the update mentioned awhile back, and include a block for server queries?
The code in the plugins.bukkit thread is the only syntax wrking. I have no bloody clue why the plugin loves to switch it back to a tabless design, however it is still relying on the CONFIG.YML code to be tabbed, while spitting out a tabless config automatically when that fix is employed.
The only thing that I have tested and found in working order with the tabless YAML is the version-hide boolean.
I dont know why its not working...
UP-DA-TE 1.2.5 ;)
Will this hide the plugins via query? Or is this simply just for /plugins?
Any chance you could let us just add "blacklisted commands"? Like, we can just add them to the list, and people wouldn't be able to use that command. Just an idea :) There are other commands I want to block that don't have a working permission node attached
An update to Vanilla is coming soon that will add in the plugin count to the plugins command just like Bukkit has done.
this plugin is excellent. thank you very much. if i wasn't poor i'd donate.
@Flenix1
You can disable /whois if you dont use permissions in the essentials config file. when using permissions, simple dont give anyone permissions to essentials.realname or essentials.whois. :)
