UltraHardcore Scatter 1.2.1

- Fixed some format strings

- Added /scattero which will scatter players uniformly along the circumference of the circle defined with /scatterradius, note /scatter specificplayer or /scattero specificplayer will still scatter the specific player randomly within the circle and not on the border.

UltraHardcore Borders 1.2.1

- Fixed config folder/plugin name spelling - Removed the console spam for every chunk generated with borders in it

NEW - UltraHardcore Extras

- enderpeals dont cause fall damage on impact - deathmessage colours can be changed - death causes lightning to strike the dead player (no damage)

- lightning strike causes fake fire (no damage caused/spread, left or right click with make it go away, client side)
- world borders are not perfect, occasional holes occur. If you want to stop anyone leaving use worldborder to enforce the borders
