Commands
/ucnce - This command gives description about the coder and the plugin.
/sethub - Set the position of the ucnce hub. This must be activated in the config.
/vote - Display votelinks. This is configurable in the config.
/ucreload - Reload the plugin
/shutdown - Stop the server from running
