TicketMaster
TicketMaster was made to simplify and organize the interaction between players and staff by adding assistance tickets. Players can submit tickets so the server staff can handle their requests with ease.
Features:
- Ticket Statuses (Pending, On Hold, Claimed and Closed)
- Ticket Priorities (Low, Normal, High and Critical)
- Players can create new tickets, comment on them and close them.
- Staff can manage tickets by changing their priorities, their status, commenting on them, etc.
- Staff can teleport to where the ticket was created, but only if they have permission.
- User-friendly, very easy to use!
- Players are notified about changes made on their tickets, even if they're offline at the time.
- All functionalities inside a single command. All you have to remember is /ticket.
- You can edit the plugin messages through the lang.yml file, including the plugin name.
- Low memory usage and very fast response, uses SQLite to store the plugin information.

Hi Rafa. Are you going to start up mumaus server again?
@qeterme
Exactly! :D
Can you add Bungee support? e.g.: Location: x, y, z @ world @ survival
Can you add web-end administration to answer and view tickets, but only for administrators? That should be amazing :)
Very good!!
I'll be watching this one closely! We have needed a new ticketing system for some time!
@godgodgodgo Thank you! I'm not adding new features to this plugin though, as it fulfills its purpose already.
@GreenHaze923 Hi
@godgodgodgo The plugin has '/ticket close 20 Resolved by doing blah blah' though, try it out :)
@godgodgodgo I uploaded a new version (1.0.3) that fixes this bug. Feel free to update when Bukkit approves it and thank you for reporting it.
Hey RafaSKB, I found a small bug... the img basically explains it all http://imgur.com/e20g18j So what I did was deleted a ticket before I opened it and now it still thinks there is an open ticket but it shows none. I have tried to delete it again but it says that the ticket doesn't exist ( it is ticket #8) Ty!
It would also be nice to have a comment and close feature similar to that of the GitHub issues feature.
e.g. /ticket close 20 Resolved by doing blah blah
@RafaSKB I closed and deleted all our tickets but then someone who previously posted a ticket posted a new one, the new ticket contains all the comments from the previous ticket.
Hi Rafa
This plugin is awesome! Really well structured chat, commands etc. Great work.
Could we possibly get a general announcement for when anyone makes any changes to a ticket? e.g. "{player} updates ticket #{id} Currently I don't really know when someone has commented on a ticket.
Interesting plugin! o.o
