Installation
Installation of CityLights is pretty easy. You download the .jar file and place it in your /Plugins/ folder. On the first run CityLights will create an equally named folder with 2 files in it: citylights.yml and config.yml. You would only need to edit config.yml but we'll get back to that later.
On the first startup CityLights should convert your old StreetLights config to the new format.
