You can setup SimpleTowns to run the /chunkvisualizer command whenever a chunk is claimed, or whenever a Town is created. If you have chunk claiming then it will also show when a chunk is claimed on Town create - however, if you just want it when a Town is created that is possible to

Permissions

There are only two permissions for this feature, SimpleTownsXtras.ChunkVisualizer.showonclaim and SimpleTownsXtras.ChunkVisualizer.showoncreate.

Note: players must ALSO have the ChunkVisualizer permission chunkvisualizer.view.
