Added extension plugin SignShopHotel, to allow renting of rooms through the SignShop API
Added ability for shop owners to check the stock they have in a chest by left clicking their signs
Added [Bank] signs, which you can link to shops to allow transactions to take place with bank accounts instead of player holdings
Added support for PlotMe and PreciousStones for chest protection
Added a cooldown to messages (disabled by default), multiples of the same message will get chunked together to prevent the player's screen from filling up with click spam
Added a radius to keep chunks loaded near Device type signs, so the levers behave more predictably when a player leaves the area

Fixed the ability to use a [Share] sign without the players being shared with listed on the sign
