It's finally updated! Sorry I haven't been updating it for a while, but now there is a new feature! :D
I have made a similar plugin availiable on bukkitdev. I am actively developing it as I have seen lack of development for this plugin. Link: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/pexrank/ I did not copy code in any way and while some of plugin was inspired by this plugin I did not actually copy the plugin. Hope you enjoy!
Thanks.
@Marko1000Marko
1.2 is why I updated it.

The next recommended build is for Minecraft 1.2, R5, and I and everyone who uses this plugin will greatly appreciate it if you can get a head start on the plugin so it's update to support the new revision when Minecraft 1.2 is officially released along with Bukkit R5..
it needs to be updated to the latest build
@PSWAYNE

This plugin isnt working for me and its quite annoying that i still have to keep logging into the server to chang ranks..
This is what im getting everytime a start the server:
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] INFO WEPIF: PermissionsEx detected! Using PermissionsEx for permissions.
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] INFO [PermissionsEx] v1.17 enabled
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] INFO [PermissionsEx] Superperms support enabled.
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] INFO [PermissionsEx] Loading PermissionsEx v1.17.
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] INFO [SRPEX] SetRankPEX is now disabled.
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] SEVERE [SRPEX] PermissionsEx not detected, disabling SetRankPEX
05.02 23:13:22 [Server] INFO [SetRankPEX] Loading SetRankPEX v1.3.4.
Clearly it shows that i have PermissionsEX installed and is working correctly, but not according to SetRankPEX.
