There are many different options for replacements:

• %players% - Replaces to a list of players.
  
• %onlineamount% - Replaces to something like this 11/20 (Players-Online/Max-Players)
  
• %ops% - Replaces to a list of OPs online.
  
• %admins% - Replaces to a list of players with the servernotify.admin permission.
  
• %quote% - Replaces to a single quote mark: '
  
• %doubequote% - Replaces to a double quote mark: "
  
• For color codes, use the & character, then a valid color code.
