What is TVNLib
TVNLib is a add-on for Safe Creeper witch is needed to use some features of Safe Creeper. Some features are called through TVNLib. It's hightly recommended to install TVNLib onto your server.
What does TVNLib do
TVNLib doesn't do anything on its own. TVNLib is an API, that means that other plugins can call functions through TVNLib, witch adds a lot of awesome features to Safe Creeper.

Installation
TVNLib is very easy to install. You've to put the TVNLib.jar file from the downloaded *.zip file into your servers plugin folder. Make sure you reload or restart your server after you copied it to enable it.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply in the first place. TVNLib has been updated to Minecraft 1.5.1, I had some issues while updating it.
