Vault

For some permission plugins like PermissionsBukkit Vault does not allow world specific group manipulations, be it because the permissions plugin is not supporting it, but Vault does not let other plugins know during runtime.
For this purpose you have a couple of compatibility options in the permissions section of the RSP-configuration, namely use-worlds and the lower-case settings. In some cases it might be sufficient to set use-worlds to false to force global groups handling instead of world specific.

For some permission plugins like PermissionsBukkit Vault uses commands as if sent by the console to perform group changes - for this reason you will get (potentially a lot of) log messages whenever users get groups changed.
