PurchasePermissions permissions... :)

purchasepermissions.create

Allows the user to create a permission, warning they could grant themselves Op like permissions.

purchasepermissions.modify

Allows the user to modify a permission, warning they could grant themselves Op like permissions.

purchasepermissions.remove

Allows the user to remove a permission.

purchasepermissions.buy.*

Allows the user to buy all permission.

purchasepermissions.buy.<permissionName>

Allows the user to buy the specific permission.
note: useBuyPermission needs to be enabled in the config.
