• config-setting: "OnlySendMessageOnUpdate" -> toggle the message you get when you join the server | default: false
• config-setting: "BlockGlobalRegionAsWell?" -> if the global-Region is flagged with "build: deny" you can say whether or not player can hit animals | default: true

fix:

• improved some code of the "canBuild"-checking
