added:

• added config.yml, explanation is on the main page
• added update Check on enable
• better information when "/pa help" is used -> the listed entities are the entities, that are really protected.
• people can get informed about updates
• added a permission nodes for update notification
• if the update page is down or outdated, it shows a small error and does not mess up your server.log
• the updater can be toggeled in the config
