new features:

1. the plugin blocks now the following damage:

• Damage and Slowness Potions thrown by Players and Entities(Witch)
• Snowballs and other projectiles shooten by entities, such as SnowMans or Skeletons..
• exploding Creepers are now harmless against Animals in WorldGuard Regions

2. When you are OP and join the Server you get 2 little Messages, that'll remind you, to check for updates.
