PreGenerator
PreGenerator
Continued by someone else at spigot!!!
I stopped developing this plugin, it may or may not be working!
Why did I create this? I have a server and was tired of the lag, because players where constantly exploring new world.
My solution was: PreGenerate all world! And you can do that with this plugin.

* This plugin does only work with Craftbukkit. So no Spigot, MCPC+, Forge, Etc!!! FIXED
* This plugin freezes the server while PreGenerating world, playing will be impossible. FIXED

verry nice, useful and simple plugin! i whish someone could update it :) btw: it does not work for spigot 1.9 ([ERROR]: Failed to save chunk)
Does this work on spigot 1.8.3? I typed /pg world -10000 -10000 10000 10000 and I got an error
EDIT: Here is my crash http://pastebin.com/1gHR9Tnf
@acposter2
you can use this in 1.6.4 with tickthreading. it wont work otherwise because it uses asynchronous chunk generation.
Hi, sorry if there is an obvious answer - Can I use this with a server running 1.6.4 world? my server is still using 1.6.4 and want to pre generate some areas and some large far off regions before upgrading to 1.8. Never really used bukkit before. Thank you
@Layania
I second this.
This generates chunks so much faster than anything I've tried before! It is amazing. WorldBorder takes 20x loner to generate. I still use worldborder to trim, and limit the world size.
Nice idea, I've liked it ever since I started using Maploader a year ago.
Nice idea ! like worldborder your plugin is very usefull
Can you add radius, should be perfect ?
/pg <world> <radius>
