Process/Progress

• Might get delayed slightly due to requests on other projects...
  But is in use as "detachable part" for a (almost monolithic) server plugin which i might put here some day to provide an example.
• Currently i am rather detaching full plugins than small functionality, so i am not sure - until i improve the build process i might still stay reluctant to make plshared more fat and obligatory to the other plugins.

Schedule:

• Change/set up default use of unknown block ids for teleporting (transparent, safe stand, dangerous, etc.) - default: dangerous+non-transparent, but maybe "tp-transparent"
• ? Configuration support (API / FILE).
