This project is inactive and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. The author may have abandoned it, or it may have outlived its usefulness.
What would be better instead of the potion time is making an List<String> of usernames (players), and when they are launched into the air, add them, and in the EntityDamageEvent, check if the cause is because of fall damage and if the player is in the list, if so, remove them from the list and cancel the event. If they leave the game/get kicked, remove them from the list. :P
There are other things you need to think about such as PlayerTeleportEvent, remove them from the list.
