Features
PhaseShift allots for a variety of teleport uses such as;
- Setting a custom home point in a world
- Teleporting back to said home point
- Allowing players to teleport to one another without needing to grant core Bukkit admin.
- Allows users to create and remove their own meeting places to teleport to; such as a town location, home, or out in the middle of no where.
- Supports multiple worlds and even allows you to teleport between them.
- Allows for Economy for teleporting purposes.
Intended Uses
- Allow for lightweight maneuvering between worlds.
- Allow even the most A-Social players a chance to set up meeting places to show off the wonders they've built.
- Allow for trusted players to have the ability to help out new comers to a server by giving them the ability to go to the player as needed.
Phase Shift not only allows you to port between the worlds on your server, but also remembers where you where when you ported away, that way if you discovered an awesome Diamond mine in World "A" and want to go to World "B", when you return to World "A" you will return to your last known spot!!! (the place you left from to go to World "B")
Phase shift is Always being tweaked, but is ready for your use! Please feel free to post any comments / concerns / suggestions and they will be taken in for consideration.

By Default all permissions are coded as false.
It is up to you to decide who you can trust with with what functions.

Economy Support
- Vault is now Soft Dependent
- Change boolean useEconomy to false if you plan to use no economy
Locations.YML
- Updated Locations.yml for cool down functions
- Cool Downs are now in their own category and effect cross-world
Additional Commands
- Added /phaseReload
- Allows admin to reload the config files for PhaseShift from in game.
Errors Fixed Corrected issue where PhaseShift didn't properly handle currency issues. PhaseShift will now function properly if you have removed Vault, but will not use your economy plugin.

Sorry about the long wait, I got caught up with another project. One that I was supposed to have lots of help on and ended up soloing which made me become a very sad panda. But as apologies go, this one would not be complete without a promise. I promise to never eat Cheese Cake and Drink Coke Cola then go dancing naked in the street again! I'm so glad that this plugin has been updated. I'm really looking forward to future economy support! Having said that, the ability to limit the number of crystals available to each rank individually (rather than just having one global limit for everybody) would be absolutely amazing.
Thanks so much for working on this, there are precious few teleportation plugins with the ability to work with vault, and its awesome to find one that is actively being updated.

New phaseshift has been uploaded and is awaiting approval. See change log for detailed information. Please note a new config.yml is provided with the plugin. Even though I foresee no issues in running the plugin with the old config. I still strongly suggest putting the new config.yml in your phaseshift folder. Your current locations.yml should be fine, to avoid confusion I have renamed the included locations.yml to Example of locations.yml.

Very nice plugin.
I find I confuse phasing to a player and phasing to a crystal sometimes. Would it be easier if there was a separate command and permission node for each?
Is there a way to allow phasing to a crystal, but not phasing to players? Maybe if each had it's own permission node?
Is there a way to list the crystals you have set? For when you forget the name, or want to delete one of them?
I like keeping players from being able to use teleportation to escape from combat. Have you thought about a warm up to the command? Like it takes a 2 or 3 seconds from when you type it to when it actually phases you? A cool down would be neat too, to keep you from phasing too quickly.
What would make it really great for us, would be vault integration. I'd love to be able to charge players money to use the phasing to a crystal and charging even more to phase to eachother.
