PersonalPickup
Personal Pickup
Personal Pickup basically disables item and XP drops from blocks, mobs, etc. Instead they go directly into the player's inventory. In reality, its designed to reduce lag, prevent item stealing, and item loss. Great for any server that wants to prevent admins from getting annoyed because players are complaining about items getting stolen.
Updates / News
I'm abandoning this plugin, if anybody would like to take it over and keep updating it, please contact me. I will no longer be updating it, but I need an experienced plugin programmer to continue to make this plugin.

@RingOfStorms
Thank you soo much! It's working perfectly now. :D
Update 2.6 is here and I spent a lot of time working on this one for you guys. Much better support and things like fortune picks and such work now!
Updated to 2.4 which changed the way block breaking worked to better support plugins like factions!
New version 2.2 out
Please test with factions as I changed the handling of the blocks.
I'll be updating over the weekend :)
@ThunderWaffeMC
Thanks
@1337minecrafer
I'll look into it
Extremely nice idea. Great for survival/hardcore PVP servers. It would also be perfect for thewalls servers because whenever I find a ore players would either follow me or teleport to me (for VIP's) and take it.
This plugin and factions don't work together. There is a bug with this plugin that allows people to break blocks in other people's factions, and I have tested it before you ask.
@RingOfStorms It does, mmorpg style I see XD
@SwiftSwamp
Yea check the future ideas section, I have a toggle listed in there. Currently I have the idea of the drops being split up based on damage to the entity. However, after reading about the stealing problem, im thinking more along the lines of a party system.
If players are not in a group/party - then the drops go the player/group whom dealt the most damage. This would prevent someone coming up and getting one hit and then retrieving items they don't deserve.
Also with a party system I could add in some more dynamic settings, like ordered collection, random collection, self collection, experience split, or self experience collection. If that makes any sense =D
Could there be a command for people to toggle it on / off? That's my suggestion? (For themselves only) Also, can a player walk up to a pig and get the last hit to steal the drop or does it only give them the items dropped from a monster if they' have dealt the most damage? (That should be made too if it's not added xD)
@SwiftSwamp
Thanks :) - if you have any new ideas comment them!
Very great plugin for a donation perk.
Updated for 1.4.6 R0.1 - Vehicle Support, chest support, furnace support, and brewing stand support! Check it out!
Also fixed the creative bug.
Expect an update within the next three days.
Happy Holidays!
@RingOfStorms Yes, so when a player breaks a chest, the items go into his inventory. But it would be great if this could be optional, as it could be annoying for some users. Thanks :)
@Fire_Feather
Boats and minecarts (added to future idea list) - minecarts with chests/furnaces
When you mean chest, like when you break it, you want all the items from it as well correct. If so yea ill add that in as well - furnaces, chests, others?
@RingOfStorms Could you possibly add support for boats and minecarts? It's quite annoying to lose a boat in the ocean. Also, maybe optional support for chests? Like if a player destroys a chest...
@doomlordking
Yes it falls to the ground :)
@Darkhand81
Exp goes to the killer, Bukkit assigns the killer as the person who last hit the mob when it dies. This means that only 1 player would get the experience, even with the enderdragon.
(Updated page to include some of these things, and a new future idea)
@Darkhand81
It does, sends everything to the player whom mined/killed etc. Not yet tested on kills where both players participated in the fight though.
As for the full inventory, drops on the ground anyone can collect. :( But this is offset by another cool feature.
Ever tried mining a resource lingering above lava? Never fear, with this mod it takes aware the pain of covering the lava first before mining because there source doesn't drop and is instant looted.
Nice work RingOfStorms, keep it up.
