Permission Skills
Permission Skills adds 61 skills to your server which greatly enhances the role playing experience. All skills can be allocated to players through a regular permissions plugin and can be customised to your hearts content. You can add the skills to a group of players or individual players to create unique guilds, races and factions or even add perks to players who donate.

Skills
All skills require the ".active" extension to enable them, for example "pss.invisible.active". On top of this most skills are customisable with various extensions, for example "pss.maxhealth.active" & "pss.maxhealth.health.10" which would activate the maximum health a player can have to only 5 hearts (10 x half heart).

Default Extensions
Extensions are the customable nodes attached to skill permissions, for example pss.firearrow.ticks.200. The config.yml file contains all the values for the plugin to check but you can change these manually and use the /pss reload command. If there are no values in the list in config.yml a default value is used:

Worlds & Biomes
All skills require the player to be in an active world and biome (similar to the Guilds plugin) to work. Using active worlds and biomes you can restrict the plugin to just one world, have races where there abilities only work in one world or even create a guild that can only live in the desert.

Permission Extension Values
For Permission Skills to know what permission extension values to search a player for the plugin uses values saved in the config,yml. These can be changed allowing the server owner to customise the plugin. Click here for the default config.yml.
If you only require pss.maxhealth.health to only have two values 18 and 16 then you can remove the rest allowing the plugin to be optimised and customised to your specific needs. pss.maxhealth.health.18 & pss.maxhealth.health.16. The plugin will only need to check for these permissions speeding up the process.

i think the defense from custom damage means defense from the damage this plugin can do like the fire fist thing and other things
is the cooldown limited to only 60 seconds?

Is there are a way to give 1 person multiple effects in different biomes? For example, give someone double exp in jungles and increased speed in desert?

No one can really help you if you deleted them. :/ I don't know if there's a permission skill that alters attack speed. That'd be mecca neat if that was possible though. XD

Can't I deleted them :/. I was extremely frustrated with it not working and then I messed up essentials in my attempts to make it work.
I'd like to donate to this plugin in hopes of encouraging you to fix the damage bug. Our server still uses this plugin, and we love it a lot, but the half heart damage is incredibly weird.
How can I go about donating?

Well...these obviously aren't from the "GUILDS" plugin ;)
So which one of the permissions is attack speed?! I am trying to make players only able to attack every 2 seconds. I spent over 3 hours trying to figure this out and I can't. I also don't know why this isn't working g:essentials_default: permissions: - essentials.help - essentials.helpop - essentials.list - essentials.motd - essentials.rules - essentials.spawn - essentials.jail.allow.help - essentials.jail.allow.helpop - essentials.jail.allow.rules - pss.world.all - pss.maxhealth.health.1 - essentials.* The default still has a vanilla amount of hit points. I need alot of help. Thanks in advance

No one's been able to figure out how to make normal damage, but if you want your players to be able to lose half a heart damage for everything, paste this into each rank: http://pastebin.com/seFk9PHY
It doesn't help too much, but it kills the invincibility problem. I'd just encourage users to use fire aspect/flame enchants/flint and steel to take more damage until this can get fully sorted out.

It should work but it dose not for some reason I have been tinkering with this plug in for a while and I cant figure out how to make players take normal damage. The best I have been able to do is make players take half a heart. If anyone else figures it out let me know. (The multiplier dose not seem to work I have tried it at 100)
