Bukkit

Optionally, this plugin can be used with Permissions 2.x/3.x, Bukkit's built-in permissions, or any other plugins that can mimic either of those (SuperPermsBridge, PermissionsBukkit, PermissionsEx, etc.). If you don't use a permissions system, you can set these nodes in a special part of the configuration file (see the Configuration page for details).

• NoSpeedKick.preventkick - will not be kicked for moving too fast
  
• NoSpeedKick.alertchat - will show up in chat if the player moves too fast
