How to install NeedTown

To install need town you need to follow these steps:

1. Download the Lastest version of NeedTown
2. Run your server to create the config
3. Setup your "message" or change "customneedtownmessage" to false to use the default one
4. Give the group you want to use /needtown the permission node : needtown.use

Now your done !
