A plugin that has one simple task, make new Mobs! Lets face it, we all get bored of just fighting the same old skeletons every night!
If you have a suggestion for more mobs, please leave a comment below and I can make it (if possible). This plugin currently adds 5 more mobs into your bukkit server that will spawn normally as well as by command if you choose to use the commands!
The intended use for this plugin is to make more Mobs that you can kill and fight on your server, and that is exactly what it does!
MoreMobTypes idea is from More Mobs.
Current Mobs that this Plugin will ADD
Current Mobs that are added to the game (in addition to the normal mobs!):
Fire Wolf, is a fiery wolf that can spawn in place of wolves!
Berserk Skeleton, is a crazed skeleton with a lot of hit points, good armor, and if you are lucky when you kill him, you have a 10% chance of getting each piece of his armor and his sword! The Berserk Skeleton also is faster than normal skeletons!
Giant Slime, is just a fun massive slime!
Giant Magma Cube, Similar to the Giant Slime but a Magma Cube!
Giant Zombie, is simply a massive zombie!
Shadow, is a floating skeleton head with body armor and a Scythe!
DiamondZombie, these are Zombies with diamond blocks for heads, as well as very fast!
Commands
The mobs will spawn randomly around the world, but you can also spawn them with commands! The Commands are:
"/firewolf"
"/giantzombie"
"/giantslime"
"/giantmagmacube"
"/berserkskeleton"
"/shadow"
"/diamondzombie"
Permissions
Each command needs a permission (or be OP), the permissions are listed below:
"/firewolf" needs the permission "moremobtypes.firewolf"
"/giantzombie" needs the permission "moremobtypes.giantzombie"
"/giantslime" needs the permission "moremobtypes.giantslime"
"/giantmagmacube" needs the permission "moremobtypes.giantmagmacube"
"/berserkskeleton" needs the permission "moremobtypes.berserkskeleton"
"/shadow" needs the permission "moremobtypes.shadow"
"/diamondzombie" needs the permission "moremobtypes.diamondzombie"
Config
The following is your default config (one of these should be for each mob):
BerserkSkeleton: true if true, Berserk Skeletons can spawn on command, only if you have permission of course
BerserkSkeletonInfo: do not touch/delete this line
spawnnaturally: true if true, the mobs will spawn naturally around the world
naturalspawnrate: 100 this is where it gets a little more tricky, if 100, there is a 1/100 chance of the mob spawning when its respective mob spawns. If you want every skeleton that spawns to be a BerserkSkeleton, change it to 1. If you want 50% of them to be Berserk Skeletons, change it to 2. If you want none of the respective mob type to spawn naturally, change it to 0.
There is also for certain mobs the ability to adjust:
size: 20 << This is the size of a magmacube or slime
health: 90 << This is the amount of health the mob will have.
dropchance<item> << This is the drop chance of their items
name: BerserkSkeleton << This is available for berserkskeletons, you can change the name them have when they spawn!

I know that there is a plugin out there called "More Mobs" and has some similar entities, however, that plugin has not been updated since 1.5.2! I plan to keep my plugin updated for the latest bukkit build, including development builds!
THIS PLUGIN DOES NOT REPLACE ANY CURRENT MOBS ON YOUR SERVER, NORMAL SKELETONS, ZOMBIES, ETC. WILL STILL SPAWN! (may vary depending on your config file)

Hey man, awesome plugin! I just installed both of your plugins. I like to combine them.
However, MoreMobTypes doesn't work, while MakeYourOwnMob works just fine! Do they conflict?
I cannot spawn anything using MoreMobTypes and I haven't seen anything custom spawn either.
I don't see any errors in console and I can't think of any conflicting addons, as I'm not using any other mob altering plugins atm.

EDIT: Okay, I think your plugins are indeed conflicting with eachother. Can I just add new mobs to the MakeYourOwnMob config file to recreate the ones you made in MoreMobTypes?
I especially want to use Giant mobs to make bossfight-like encounters.
Also, how does this addon work with mob eggs? Can they be combined somehow, or is there already a chance these will spawn when eggs are used?
any news about firewolfs? I can spawn them as admin manually, but they are not spawning normally. The procent chance of spawn are the same as some other already spawning mobs.
So.... Do these mobs spawn from spawners because I would like to so I could get Diamond Blocks from the Diamond Zombies.

Zarinel, can I config mobs on different worlds? I mean, can I create more setup structure in config-file per world? It would be very useful! My other idea to config file: dropping setup for each mobs, with item ID. Per world would be best! What do you think? THX :-)

The magma cubes are very large. You have to hit them in the center, If you dislike this I suggest turning down the soze of the in your config. The berserk skeletons and firewolves do spawn, I would persume that another plugin on your server is conflicting with it, I apologize.
The magma cubes cant be killed. /berserkskeleton and /firewolf dont spawn anything.

when i change the mob natural spawn true
then spawn rate 100 why all zombie even spawneregg zombie become diamond zombie ? :O

They spawn naturally (: no worries haha.
The Shadow sounds a lot like the Wraith from More Mobs.
This is not to say you can't use ideas from other people, but you could at least add your own spin on it to seem more original.
If i think well,these mobs are easily achived with nbt editing.This waythey wont spawn naturally, but you have them.
