How to install

When you download ModReq you will get the modreq.jar file. You will have to place this file into your plugins folder and start the server. When you start the server with ModReq for the first time a few files will be created in the plugins/modreq folder. In the folder there should be a file called config.yml and a file called messages (if you use version 2.1 or higher). If you do not make any changes in the config and messages file ModReq should work just fine. You can however change the settings to your preferences.

I will discuss all the things in the config file here.

version

version is the current config.yml version you are using. This is for the plugin to check if you are using the right version of the configuration file. You should NOT change this in order for the checking to work.
