MobsCanTalk is a great little fun plugin that lightings up the server with custom mob messages!

hi,
funny little plugin, running it on my server.
however, there should be a way to reduce the amount of messages per time slot.
like a %-chance mobs are talking to you.

Yes this plugin is for 1.7.X and 1.8.X the X meaning any additional version.
