Dev Build
The latest MobEffects Dev Build is for MobEffects v1.5, designed to work with Minecraft v1.4.2. While using the Dev Build, your game will tell you that you are still running 1.4. I do this so the update checker wont tell you that there is a new update when there is not. Also, this way, when I actually release a full 1.5, your server will tell you.

Changes
- Compiled to jre6. This way just about anyone can use it without an error.
- Semi-Support for Witches. The files are there, but the effects don't actually work yet.
- Fixed Hunger Effect. I accidentally deleted the Hunger code at some point in the past. Should work for every mob now.
