Mobile Admin for Minecraft
Mobile Admin for Minecraft is an Android server administration tool and server side plugin that provides users the ability to manage and maintain their Minecraft server from their mobile phone. Mobile Admin for Minecraft allows users to change server settings, perform common player administration tasks (such as banning users, setting op status, giving items, kicking users and messaging them), plugin management and real-time chat.
Does this work with Hamachi?
Here is an issue for people using multicraft...the zipped plugin is inside a folder called bukkit, which means it fails to load when you hit install from the multicraft admin panel.
@vman411gamer Yes.
Do you need to port forward or something? Because it is not working for me.
Can you make a iOS app to this plugin too? I would love to use my iPad/iPhone to control my server via this plugin, but cant cause I dont have android. :(
@Cole21771

@BoboTheTwit
Just use the "say" command in the console if you don't like the chat feature.

Hi, I am using this plugin on my server and it is linked to the app on my HTC Desire S and it constantly force closes. This is a big problem because every time it force closes, it causes my server to crash. Is there anyway you can fix this?
Thanks
@mkaltner
You're absolutely right. It's a browser issue.
@psp66
Check how the map behaves in your phone browser outside of Mobile Admin. I'm pretty sure it does the same thing and just an incompatibility with the mobile browser itself and not Mobile Admin.
Hi,
I've noticed that when you zoom in max on the map the scaling is off and you get black stripes.
I'm using the highest resolution in dynmap.
So far, this seems really fantastic. I have no clue what the "plugins" tab does in the app, though. Also, when I chat from my phone, it doesn't show in-game. It's quite disappointing in that regard. The console doesn't seem to do anything chat-wise either. However, the time setting is nice and handy. I haven't banned anyone yet, so I'm not sure how that works.
Yes! This is a very RPGish plugin! (just found it in search by bukkit dev in rpg category...)
@mkaltner
I don't want the dynmap to be available for everyone to see, but your current solution is forcing me to do it. I could of course use a lesser known port, but that's not always an option. If it's possible to wrap the http for the dynmap in your socket stream, as you describe it, as an option, I think your tool would be greatly improved.
Check the Minecraft Mobile Admin thread for some new teaser screenshots of version 4... :)
@Extremecraft21
Yes, it should work fine on a shared host. Couple things to keep in mind however are how to set up MobileAdmin.properties and what port to use. It's very possible that someone is already using the default port. That or the host may not have that port open. What host are you using? Some hosts require special settings in the properties file such as mobileadmin-port: $$port+15$$ I'd hit their support forum and see if anyone else has asked how to set up Mobile Admin
