midibanks-revival
This plugin is a revival of the plugin at this thread.Originally created by Protected.
I thank him for originally creating it but am angered by his complete removal of the plugin without leaving any notification for its fans.
The original plugin allowed you to play midis in Minecraft without a client mod using noteblocks and correctly formatted signs.
The format of the signs is like this.
- first line: blank
- second line: [midi]
- third line: filename, must be short enough to fit on the line without the .mid extension.
- fourth line:Special perimeters, Such as start on chunk load and looping "A,L, and a few more I need to search for in the code."
examples:
Micheal Jackson's beat it.mid
- blank
- [midi]
- mjbi
song of storms.mid
- blank
- [midi]
- sos

this contains both the regular version and the bukkitforge version.
if you are having trouble with getting the midis to play open them with an external program such as Anvil Studio
the midis go in the same folder as the config file.
If you noticed the link to the help page was broken i fixed it.
Looks cool. Can't wait to see this at 100%.
If somone gives me a link to an api example of bukkit permissions i will try to implement it.
The command
is fixed!!!
@eltioloco

@Ivanpro
The plugin currently uses no permissions
Hi it sounds like a great plugin, but i can't get it work..
/midi list gives me no list of files
say but when i set it up ingame...if i put a wrong file name it lets me know..
now i set it up and say PLAYING and PAUSE, but i dont hear anything...
Do you have a place or have a couple of midi taht are know to work
But i wonder if Lockette or other plugin is interfering
@kilorat2
Thanks for the info adding it to its own page
In case its not known, "/midi list" doesn't work. Try the other commands too like /midi check <filename>
Someone found this, and I thought I should share it, a copy of the docs!
