MCClans Land Protection allows you to create Land Protection Fields to protect your land, by placing down protection field blocks. Server admins can configure certain block types to function as protection fields. Placing one of these blocks while in /field on mode will create a field. This guide will talk you through the basic functions of MCClans Land Protection. To get the full list of commands ingame, type /field help. Use /field help 2 etc. to browse the help pages.
Create protection field
To create a protection field we will first need to know what fields are configured. Type /field list to see all configured fields and what block types they use. Put a block of that type in your hand, find a place not too close to an existing field, type /field on and place the block. All the land in a square with the configured radius around that block is now yours. Type /field off to go out of field place mode. You will not be able to build normally with it enabled. Type /field info while you are in the field, to verify it has been created.
Configuring field access
By typing /field access you can see what players and clans have access to modifying blocks in this field. Clans will be listed here by their clan tag, prefaced by 'c:'. By default, if you are in a clan, it will have automatically added your clan to the access list. To give Jiksta access to your field (biggest mistake ever) type /field add Jiksta while you are in the field. To remove his access type /field remove Jiksta. The same can be done for a clan with the clan tag 'Derp', by prefacing it with 'c:'. /field add c:Derp and /field remove c:Derp.
