Got the same problem here. Set the config file to use lapis blocks but they don't work. Everything else does.
Oh, and a reload command for your plugin would be great. Can't exactly trial and error this with loads of people online =/
had same thing. deleted config file and reloaded server. all is fine!
Here are the specifics, by default it is set to Iron block. I create a cannon with the X-Z coords on it, and cannon at the top of course. Then i place the Iron Block on top of the sign, however when I get on top of the iron block it just spamms the: "You must be on a cannon to do this" message. It also wont allow me to use /fire or /launch. On another note i found a temporary fix, if you place any other type of block above it, such as sand, dirt, etc; Anything not an iron block, it will automatically fire you to your destination. Without launch commands
I've tried this on 1.2.3, and it works. I'll do some more investigating.

1.8.4 is released, I'm working actively on LaunchMe-Dev. I plan on supporting a warp system, more flexible transport types, a better money system, cannon creation commands, as well as multiworld support. Stay tuned.

Thanks for your work Spudstabber and no offense in digging into your code. I just wanted to provide a working version, while no other is available. Didn't know, there is repo, though.
Official 1.2.3 version is released, wait for BukkitDev to allow the download. I don't know if the bug with cannons firing once is fixed.

First of all, I've been busy. If you require a fix, best suggestion is to email me.

That bug was already fixed in versions I'm yet to release. I don't see any need for you to decompile it and edit it. As said, you just needed to contact me.
Thirdly, I'm recoding this entire plugin very soon. Updating this old one yourselves is pointless. If you require a fix, I'll push one tonight. In the meantime, have patience, and I see no need to decompile it, as there's a repository on GitHub. Next time, submit a pull request and don't just recompile and release new jar versions.
After initial testing it appears to have fixed the problem. Thanks for working on this while spudstabber's away.

Well this plugin was not written by me, but I will look into it. I'll let you know if I can do something about it.
@cypressious - it seems to happen when you use it in creative mode and try to use it again. As others have said it's probally something to do with it waiting to cancel out the next fall damage you take, if this is the case I would add a statement in that makes it useable again after X time(e.g. in creative mode, use cannon, take no damage due to it, waits X seconds to cancel out the fall damage, if none is taken stop canceling fall damage until used again)
Ok i had that bug but it fixed itself i can tell u about it its when u shoot yourself in the air and when you hit the ground you have to takegalldamage to try it again others reload server (the think thats the problem) but the thing that fixed the bug for me was allowing flight in the server
tharvoil51 could you describe this bug a little bit more? I cannot reproduce it on my small home server.
Thanks cypressious, I can confirm that it does work with 1.2.3, however that bug where the cannons stop working after being used once until a server restart is still there, any word on how long to fix that?
