Creation
Cannon Creation
To create a cannon, place a block of your choice as the cannon pad. Then, beneath it, create a new sign. The line format is thus:
- Line 1: Write [Cannon].
- Line 2: write the desired X and Z coordinates, delimited by a comma. E.G. 24.5, -34.5
- Line 3: The price! Input 0.0 for an empty price if not desired.
- Line 4: The world name of the target world. Please note this needs to be correctly capitalized.
Landing Pad Creation
To create a landing pad, simply place a block down, then beneath it, a sign with [Land] on the top line. Done!
Teleporter Creation
To create a teleporter, place a block of your choice as the teleporter pad. Then, beneath it, create a new sign. The line format is thus:
- Line 1: Write [Teleporter].
- Line 2: write the desired X, Y and Z coordinates, delimited by a comma. E.G. 24.5, 100, -34.5
- Line 3: The price! Input 0.0 for an empty price if not desired.
- Line 4: The world name of the target world. Please note this needs to be correctly capitalized.
Target Creation
To create a target, simply place a block down, then beneath it, a sign with [Target] on the top line, then the target name on the second line.
Targeted Cannon Creation
To create a targeted cannon, place a block of your choice as the cannon pad. Then, beneath it, create a new sign. The line format is thus:
- Line 1: Write [TCannon].
- Line 2: Write the name of the [target] sign you are aiming for.
- Line 3: The price! Input 0.0 for an empty price if not desired.
- Line 4: Blank.

I think that's possible, I'll have a look. I might add that instead of my current movement code, it's a bit buggy.

Any progress on the pressure plate auto-launch or some form of auto-launch? I'd rather not have players be required to input commands. Simply walk into a zone or on top of an action block and the cannon launches them. The application of automated launching would be numerous in uses.
When I set up a teleporter, it teleports me to the right location. However, when I set up a cannon and use the exact same coordinates, it sends me to a completely different location.
Any idea why that is?

Cannon uses two coords and teleport uses three. Might that be the problem?

The economy support works the money is deducted but however if a players has no money he can still use the cannon. Maybe you could add so players cant use the cannon if they don't have the money.
I had an odd occurrence: I have my config set to use block 42 (iron block) as the cannon block. I created the cannon as normal, and received the confirmation message "Cannon creation successful. No price set.", auto fire is set to true. But when I step on the iron block, my screen gets spammed with: "You need to be on a cannon to do this!".
My server console reports no problems or errors of any kind. My server is running: CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.2.3-R0.2-b2060jnks (MC: 1.2.3) and LaunchMe v1.8.4
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Could you make it configurable how far away the sign has to be from the block? That way it's possible to make a piston launcher using the piston head as the blast block :D
this plugins is super fun!
My problem is when a first timer gets launch, they get stuck in the air they have to relogin(I use iplock). and sometimes they die on impact on the ground...is this a glitch?

Any chance you can add a tag to the signs to position where the player faces on landing / teleport? Notice you'll always be facing South on Teleport / Cannon Drop.
Like for the [Land] / [Target] signs, adding the direction on the next line West, East, South, North, also a Targeted Teleporter using a [Target] Sign as well would be nice to adjust the players facing position on arrival.
Awesome Plugin though. I love using it.
Would love to simply have it launch me up the amount of blocks i define.... That way I would just have it send me to my floating island above.....

I'd love to have Random location landing support. Something like player steps on launchpad, gets launched and drops in random location in maximum radius of X blocks around launchpad, and in minimum radius of Y blocks around launchpad.
