ItemStay
Summary
ItemStay allows you to drop an item and make it so that the item that you dropped cannot be picked up by anyone and will not despawn! Items dropped by users will NOT be stacked with the ItemStay items like they do using similar plugins.

Commands
Command | Function |
---|---|
/itemstay | Create a new display. The next item dropped will be put on display. |
/itemstay list | Able to be used by anyone. Shows displays within 5 blocks of you. |
/itemstay delete <ID> | Delete a display. Find the ID of a display through /itemstay list. |
/itemstay respawn | Respawn every display. |
/itemstay reload | Reload the configuration, reload the displays from file and respawn them. |
Permissions
Permission node | Access |

Compatibility
The plugin should be compatible with pretty much any version you might be running, including 1.7.x, Spigot 1.8, 1.8.8, etc.

The despawning of items are cancelled. Could you please make a ticket with your setup details, so I can reproduce the problem?
Can you make it so that The items specified as a ItemStay entities... does NOT get removed from say stoplag and any clearlag plugins?
Its not a big deal as you can decrease the combine radius, but itd be nice if you were to add Spigot compatibility sometime.

It probably will, but items respawn eventually. I suggest you trying it.
Hey, I have a question. If I use a plugin such as ClearLag that removes entities, will it remove the ItemStay items at my Admin Shop?

xD I see. I screwed up the deletion with the new overprotective method, I will upload the fix in a few hours. (As a temporary solution you can use '/remove item 1' standing over the unwanted item if you have WorldEdit installed.)

I am not sure if this has to be added, but I have 2 ideas:
1 put the shop in a new world and disable clearlag there
2 use another plugin to make the reload command scheduled as needed
I have a suggestion: (Can you add this?)
Could make the items respawn every X minutes?
... or any function to respawn items after elimination?
My problem happens when ClearLag eliminates items of ItemStay
And I can not be using "/itemstay reload" every time you remove the items ...

Are you sure you meant stairs and not slabs?

I will change a few things to keep those bugged ones protected as well, but I can't really fix the slip-off effect, unless I add a new feature only for stairs, I don't know if that is worth it though.
Hi, i just have tested and found that if I throw something on the stairs after giving "/itemstay", there is a chance that that item will double. One will be "displayed", and the other one can be picked up.
