How to create a ticket
This can be done by pressing the "ticket" button on the overview page or by going to the Tickets page and press the "post a ticket". Choose as type "defect" and write a descriptive name
What information should it contain?
- A description of the steps you undertook to have this bug occur. It is important that it can be reproduced
- The expected output
- The received output
- The version of the plugin
- The logfile
- Whether or not your server contains the soft dependencies.
- Any information you might find valuable
version of the plugin
The version of the plugin can be retrieved by using the command /version ItemShare
LogFile
The logfile will be created if the LogToFile is enabled in the config file. This file will be located at /plugins/ItemShare/Logfile
Please include this logfile to the ticket as it contains important information for me on what happened and caused the bug to occur. It enables me to recreate the situation which in turns makes it easier to solve the problem
