Permissions
All commands use own permisions. Perms are named like commands so you will have no problem to recognize it:
island command:

For your default user group YOU MUST set permission to use 'normal' schematic file:
islandworld.create.normal
also you can allow other schematic using
islandworld.create.<SchematicName>
Challenges:
islandworld.challenges.* <- all other are chils of that permission islandworld.challenges.list islandworld.challenges.complete
Challenge signs:
islandworld.sign.create islandworld.sign.use
Special (VIP group)
If you have special group like VIPs etc. you can give him special permission and they will get schematic from 'special' filename when they will create island. By default is island builded from cobblestone. (Remember that admin have all perms so thats why you got cobble island when you test islands!)
islandworld.vip.schematic <- force 'special' schematic for player islandworld.create.special <- allow 'special' filename usage
If you give permission:
islandworld.vip.party
they will have party limit from config party-limit-vip
If you give permission:
islandworld.vip.homes
they will have homes limit from config home-limit-vip
Bypass
islandworld.bypass.island
With that permission you can bypass all build restrictions on islands. (also OPs doesnt have any restrictions)
islandworld.bypass.lock
With that permission you will be able to enter on locked island.
islandworld.bypass.tpdelay
Players with that perm can teleport without delay (if delay is set in config)
islandworld.bypass.expell
Player with that perm cannot be expelled from island.
