Bug Fixes:

• Usernames are saved in all lowercase, for now. Planned change on this soon.
• Fixed most issues pertaining to "not in plot world" when you actually are in a plot world.
• Error message clean up

Added the following features, please test them and see what you think of them, so I can polish them before full release:

• Admin Commands: /icadmin info and /icadmin remove command (add ? marks to the commands to see how to use them/what they do)
• Reset command: It has returned, and hopefully works better now, but would like some input on how it works.

More admin commands will be added for the full release.

The /icadmin remove command will be changing structure by full release to match the /icadmin info plot command, aka using the Conversations API. If you like this format let me know and I will try to shorten some of the commands with this format, if you dont like this format let me know and I will not use it ever again.
