Allows the player to use the spellbook

- 'incantations.spells.*'
Gives access to all spells You can also only allow individual spells for a player by using:

- 'incantations.spells.[spellname]'
Note The spellname is the Description found in the spells.yml.
Example: - 'incantations.spells.lightning' NOT - 'incantations.spells.fulmen'
