There's a basic tutorial on How-To setup the Item giving system;

Before starting make sure that:

• You have sucefully installed and tested the plugin
• No errors are being generated
• Your server is now closed

To make the item giving system works:

1. Go to /plugins/HubBasics/ open config.yml and set JoinItems to true
2. then right click HubBasics.jar and open with Winrar or 7ZIP, edit the Items.yml file ( As you want )
3. Save the Items.yml to the archive
4. Close all and start your server
