What Does It Do?
Hopper Locker is simple plugin made for one reason. Most servers run some thing called Lockette, and those that do may experience users having items taken from the chests via Hopper, or Hopper Minecart. Since Lockette doesn't feature this ability quite yet, I have decided to make a short term "Fix." This plugin will not allow items to be taken from a locked chest via Minecart Hopper. There are a few differences, however to the Hopper itself. In Lockette users are able to protect their Hoppers from raiding as well as other inventory holding blocks, this has given me the perfect opportunity to allow hoppers to take blocks out of locked chests, only if the Hopper is locked by the same person who has locked the chest. This means that Hoppers will not be able to take from your locked chest unless the hopper is locked, and the hopper belongs to you!Requirements

If the plugin is not in the server when this plugin starts up, this plugin will disable itself.
