A small plugin which adds more enchanting power to the game.
Tested with Bukkit
Tested with KCauldron
Every version of enchantit should work with following bukkit versions.
Older bukkit version could work too, but not testet.

Features
Permission with or without vault
(PermissionsEx tested without vault)
Player can enchant items using the command. Costs levels.
Player can disenchant items using the command. Gives levels back.
Player will get levels back if the item breaks.
Version R4+
If the item in the players hand breaks or the stack size gets 0, the plugin tries to find the same item and places it in the players hand.
If the item was a tool and had enchantments the new tool will be enchanted with the same enchantments (after you got back your levels)
Configuration:
max_enchant_level_default: 10
Normal users, without permissions can enchant until this max level cap
max_enchant_level_perm: 30
Users with permission "enchantit.enchantmore" can enchant until this cap
level_back: 0.5
How much levels players get back when removing points
level_cost_per_skill_level: 4
How much levels it will cost per skill level wanted
mult_per_skill_level: 0.0
Makes higher enchantment level more costly
0.0 means same cost on each level
1.0 means every level costs 4 more (level 10 would be 40 levels)
max_level_cost: 40
Maximum cost per enchantment level
level_back_mult: 1.0
How much levels players will get back when item breaks
Permissions:
R3+: enchantit.increase
Permission to increase/add an enchantment
R3+: enchantit.decrease
Permission to decrease or remove an enchantment
enchantit.enchantmore
Enabling max_enchant_level_perm for this player instead of max_enchant_level_default.
enchantit.reload
Gives permission to reload the config.
R3+: enchantit.levelback
Enables the level back feature on item break.
R4+: enchantit.refill
Gives permission to automatic refill handheld item
R4+: enchantit.enchantedrefill
Usage:
/enchantit or /eit
Shows ingame info.

Working enchanted refill even on forge modded servers (just disable refill itself)
Working max command, now correctly calculates max based on player level

Posted Dec 15, 2013Tested with 1.7.2 Bukkit. If you wanna add fishing rod enchantments you can do so in config.yml by adding it at the bottom '62': 10
