DeathDropBlacklist

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

DeathDropBlacklist can block any item on a list from being dropped when a player dies.

Features

  • Can be configured to block any item from dropping on death.
  • Can be used to keep players from "duplicating" items received on respawn.
  • Can be used to keep unwanted items from getting into the hands of other players.

Commands

  • /ddb reload

Permissions

  • ddb.exempt.<item id> - exempt from blocking an item from being dropped.
  • ddb.exempt.* - exempt from blocking all items from being dropped.
  • ddb.reload - access to /ddb reload command.

Installation

  • Download DeathDropBlacklist and copy it to your plugin folder.
  • Reload or restart server.

Configuration

On first launch, DeathDropBlacklist generates a config.yml with the default blacklisted items.
Add/remove the items you wanted blacklisted in the config. USE ONLY ITEM ID's (eg. 7 for bedrock).
Your config should look like this:
