Does this still work? I don't really understand how this works, I installed it but the chests don't seem to be reneging on their own, it is confusing me a little.

I made a new-ish version of this plugin that revamps some stuff. I added a few features that I wanted. It makes a new config so you'll have to delete your old one. I built it with the latest version of spigot so let me know if you guys have problems. If Death_marine has any issue with me posting this I'll be taking it down.

I've noticed an odd bug. At startup, it puts out an error (I'll catch it upon the next restart, can't access it at this time, sorry) and no chests load loot. If I use PlugMan to reload the plugin via ingame, it works.
Another bug I've noticed. If you reload the plugin after looting chests, some chests are regenerated and relootable again. Due to the first paragraph bug, I used a command block for players to use if no one had re-enabled the plugin after a restart. Caught some players getting a ton of loot.
they should rename the plugin from regen to generate... because these chests haven't re-generated once.... me and 1 friend are the only 1's on the server...
both locked out. waited 20 minutes... 1 friend joined.. still didn't regen
I was so excited.... then sad.... but then i read the 1 dudes comment about checking jenkins Latest build... March 1 2013 Works with minecraft version 1.5.2 on date of 5/3/2013 :D woooooooooooot woooooooooooooooot !!!
I can't help but notice that the plugin doesn't seem to load at server startup, but does if I load it ingame with PlugMan. Such as /plugman load ddchestregen

I feel the same, im using it because the world ive put it on is terribly difficult s I want the chests to be rewarding but im wondering what the respawn tims are on chests. Some chests I find come locked while some dont seem to lock ever and im the only one whose ever been on.
Im using an anchor to see how long it takes to regen the items, does anyone know? Do they even unlock? Using latest off jenkins
I love the idea of this plugin but the lack of customizing spawn times, amount of loot per chest, rarity of loot and other obvious additions is severely putting me off the plugin due to the lack of ability to balance the chests. If you were to add these features I feel this would vastly increase the amount of people willing to use this.
Hey, I am starting a role play server with my friends and we wanted a plugin that will spawn AWSOME items in chests and we found Diablo Drops. We also saw that you had this plugin that would allow items to spawn it chest! And we wanted to ask if you could add some cool feat. to the plugin to make it the ultimate experience. So we thought that you could maybe make it more configurable, what i mean by that is add a respawn time so if a player opens it and takes the items it will then respawn after 3 or so minuets if it could also check if a person was with in 5, 6, 7 blocks of the chest to not respawn! Another thing that could be configed is how many items will spawn in the chest so there would be min and then max items! If you could consider adding those config options that would be sick. Again awesome plugin hope you can make this happen!
does this effect all chest that diablodrops generates or do i have to go to each chest just to make it regen
Just updated my server to 1.4.6. No error in console, but I get "Unable to set to regen" when using /ddchest add.
I've also attempted the most recent build on jenkins.

After a number of server restarts to fix a few other bugs, the issue seems to have been fixed. Not entirely sure what though.
Great plugin, players are loving the random gifts under the Christmas Tree I've got set up.
There should be an option for how long the chest is locked until the player can open it again, otherwise players will run out of chests
So far this plugin has made ruins pointless, it locks them and never unlocks them. It also causes the ruin chests to spawn in the sky and above oceans. Please make a fix!

Since I don't use DD the entire point of this to me would be allowing player to harvest a minigame chest every day

I can add a configurable option for it. Currently there is not configuration at the moment.
Can you make a plugin where it automatically regenerates a chest and it's per player for every 24 hours so for example they can complete a maze/parkour every 24 hours for 3 diamonds or something like that?
